The joy of making candles

Hello!

some days ago I blogged about the habit of burning a candle for somebody. I thought, why not made one of my own? Have you ever done this?

Materials ready!

I took some leftovers from old candles and put them in a pot and let it melt in a cooking pot with hot water. Waiting till the wax was melted.

I put this in a little glass with some dried sheet harvested from my lavender plants and of course the wick. You must try it. It's so easy and fun to do! Be careful, cause it's very hot....
